What we collect, why, and what we do with it.
Last updated 1 August 2026. This policy explains how Finlume handles personal data collected through finlumewealth.com. Finlume is the data controller for that information.
Only what you type into one of our forms. There are three, and each collects a different set:
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any financial information — no income, no pension values, no account numbers. We have no use for it at this stage.
The prototype at app.finlumewealth.com runs entirely in your browser. Anything you type into it is held in the memory of your own device and is not saved, transmitted to us, or stored anywhere. Closing the tab discards it.
We use the details you give us solely to contact you about the thing you asked about. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
Waitlist entries are kept until Finlume launches or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Pilot and adviser enquiries are kept for two years from your last contact with us, then deleted.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Email info@finlumewealth.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
